1. Purchase Options

We currently accept the following forms of payment:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways to ensure your information remains protected.
Additional payment methods may be added in the future for your convenience.

2. Order Modifications

If you need to make changes to your order—including updating your shipping address, adjusting items, or modifying quantities—please contact us at hello@wakuwaku-japan.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

After the 24-hour window, your order may already be in processing or shipping, and modifications may no longer be possible.

3. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at hello@wakuwaku-japan.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for cancellation

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled, as it may have already entered the fulfillment process.

If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible timeframe, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary depending on your financial institution (typically 3–14 business days, sometimes up to 20 days).

4. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to being refused, undeliverable, or an incorrect address was provided at checkout:

  • Refunds may be issued minus shipping costs, if applicable.

  • Re-shipping the order may require additional shipping fees.
